Copy contactgroups to mulitple webmailaccounts

Hello, as a newbe I would like to ask your help on the following issue. The webiste of a society, of which I take part in, has a new website at a hosting company. Along came Roundcube. The society requires six webmails. I copied the former contacts (on a Gmail account) via Vcard to the first webmailaccount. I didn't expect it to be 100% correctly in the first time and so I manually corrected 320 contacts and sorted them into 25 contactgroups. I thought to be clever by making an new export Vcard afterwards. Importing them into the second webmail I learned that 310 of 320 contacts were put in place correctly. But not the 25 contactgroups. I do not fancy to do this work all over, knowing there are four more webmails left..... So, what did I do wrong? In what way can I copy the 320 contacts inclusive the 25 contactgroups to lasting five webmailaccounts? I do not have adm rights. What if, do I request to my hosting co in order to make this work.
