unable to view the email content

Just installed the latest version of roundcube to connect to an IMail server (2006).

Everything works OK, apart from I can't actually read any emails, they show in a list of unread emails, but when I click, I just get the waiting icon and eventually it just shows a blank email. The log shows an error
A0005 BAD UID Invalid Syntax (see below)

I've added the Imail Patch regarding forwarding, however that isn't actually the issue, I simply can't read the emails at all.

Any suggestions?

No one have any ideas? how to I escalate this to support?

What does the Roundcube error log show? Also, activate IMAP logging in Roundcube (in main.inc.php) and post those RC logs too.
