Minor tweak - should be no issue for implementing - thoughts?

I see that the logo shifts its position very slightly from the login page to the other pages. I tweaked this on my copy of RC and it really is better without the logo moving, even though it is only a few pixels. Is there any way this tweak can make it into the release version?
