non-iso-8859-1 stuff in folder namings failed

I'm russian, but it seems that this problem spreads to all non-iso-8859-1 chars.

My mail server users got a lot of folders named in russian. The create them with Outlook, thunderbird, the bat! and other modern mail applications via IMAP protocol.

look at screens 1) and 2) -- the all illustrates that roundcube perfectly shoes them up (I repeat - created in some application).

the look at the third screen -- there are some encoded symbols. this happen when I tried to edit russian name. the same happen when anybody try to create a russian-named folder.

I suppose this could be easily fixed, but since I'm not as good in PHP as I wish I'm asking you to help with this issue.

still no support? I wonder -- why this was not fixed even in 20070222 svn build? it's just simple encoding wich exist in rc already!

p.s. cp866 (so-called "dos" encoding) broken in svn.

всё что мы пока накопали - это то что в rc имена попадают из формочки уже такими зюками. видимо дело где-то в js...

Обнови через SVN вроди поправили.
Но всеравно у меня есть баг сразу после создания папки, если обновить страницу пропадает но не всегда.

After some test i discovered big errors in revision 495 with russian folder!!!!!

Ждать поправок от авторов уже не магу, поетому за 5 мин все поправил на скорую руку.
Возможно гдето ошибки и найдутся!!!!!!

Обновляем через SVN (сегодня ето ревирзия 508)
Меняем все 'UTF-7' на 'UTF-8' в 2 файлах
/program/steps/settings/manage_folders.inc
/program/steps/mail/func.inc

И все папки и создаются и отображаются нормально на русском.
