Users with particular ldap address book

Hello:

Does anyone know, how i can setup so that each user can take their contacts from different ldap global addressbooks?

for example:

group1  ------------------> ldap-sales-address
group2 -------------------> ldap-tech-address
group3 -------------------> ldap-sales-address & ldap-tech-address
