Roundcube Webmail 0.9.2 inbox not picking up new emails that has been recived

Hello,

My roundcube install went fine, however when looking at the web client the inbox has no mail that has been recived by the server.
When checking on the mail server I see new email that has arrived however roundcube is not picking up the email.
Usermail is placed in /home/userdir/Maildir

The imap server is dovecot

Any help would be appericated

I happen the same. I can send email from roundcube, but when i received an email dont appear ininbox, but i can get it by pop3.

Not helpful. Can you enable imap logging, try again and post that?

 roundcube access to email by remote user of ispconfig, and the email server its enable imap and pop3, moreover i can send email by roundcube
