new message not showing up

a number appeared next the "Inbox" but the message does not.

*look at rcmail.jpg*

but when i clicked on other folder then back again to inbox the message now appears.

set $rcmail_config['enable_caching'] = FALSE; in config/main.inc.php and see if that helps
