Strange issue ion login

Hi.

I'n using RoundCube latest version along with hMailServer 5.3 on windows 2008 server. I can login to IMAP service using outlook but cannot login using RoundCube. The issue is that when enter username and password and login, it keeps hanging for a while and then shows the same login page withh username field filled but don't display any error or warning.

I have already enabled display_errors on my php. How do I trace the issue?

Please advise as soon as possible.
