Read namespace special_use properties?

I can't quite figure out how RC defines its trash mailbox but I wish it would honor special_use = \Trash in the namespace definition.  I have Mac Mail backing into  a dovecot implementation and it used Deleted Messages.  Roundcube users end up with two trash folders which is confusing to them.
