expand basic header info by default

I may have overlooked this in the settings and config file, but is there a way to have the default message view show the basic header section expanded?  In "Larry" this is the section that's shown when clicking the small arrow in the top left of the message pane.

No you'd have to edit the skins files if you wanted it to show by default.
