Upgrading to 0.9.5

Hi All,

I just updated to 0.9.5 from 0.8.5 without issue. But the one of the last steps in the upgrade instructions has me a bit confused. It says:

2. If you're using build-in addressbook, run indexing script /bin/indexcontacts.sh

Since I'm just using addresses direct in RC, I think this applies to me. Can I just run the SQL from phpMyAdmin by copying all the text in the script file into the SQL window, or do I have to run it via shell access?

Or do I not even need to run it? Everything seems to be working fine after the upgrade. I don't remember having to do this for past upgrades, so just not sure.
