How to install Roundcube with XAMPP in Windows?

I'm a new user. I have a VPS Windows and installed Xampp on Windows Server 2008. I have three websites run on it.

Now, I want to install roundcube as a webmail server, but I don't understand how to install it. I've read some tutorials but do not understand how to install. Most of the guidelines are not clear on how to install Roundcube  on XAMPP.

I try install hmail as mail server but unsuccessful. Now, I try start Mercury on XAMPP as mailserver, but I don't know where to start.

CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
