storage capacity

Does anyone know how to reduce the filled storage capacity? For example, at the bottom it says that I am at 77% full. I have delete every single email, including my trash folder and it has not changed one percentage??

please help!

Under the gear icon in the bottom right try compacting the folders. If that doesn't work try waiting a day or two since the server may only calculate the usage once a day.
