Global Address Book Display Inconsistency

I just noticed an issue with the Global Address Book display.

If I click the Address Book icon in the Taskbar, I am taken to the page where the address book displays correctly.



However, the Address Book sidebar on the Compose Window is messed up. I have to click on the area with the orange arrow to make the Global AB drop-down. I do not have access to my Personal Address Book on this screen either.



This is the latest version of the GAB plugin and RC 0.9.5.

This appeared to happen due to a failed upgrade from 0.8.7 to 0.9.5. After a fresh install, it is displaying correctly again.
