NO Mailbox does not exist

we are using Roundcube RELEASE 0.8.7 on a centos 5 server with php 5.2 which reads mail from a cyrus-imapd-2.2.12-17.el4 rhel 4 server.

for some reason i keep getting the above error. i've looked into many documents and tried many options. but the error remains.

the folder which cant be accessed cant also be seen when you go into the options of roundcube and see a list of folders. the folders can only be seen when going to the frontpage of roundcube webmail

In imap it is possible that folder is subscribed but do not exist. Just try to unsubscribe it and re-create.
