Using Swedish char in email

Hi, IÃÂ,Ã,´ve earlier tried to find this issue in the archive section of the page. There I could find the emails going to the dev team, though could not find the answer or result of the issue.
Anyway... Using swedish charÃÂ,Ã,´s like ÃÃ,Â¥ ÃÃ,¤ ÃÃ,¶ isnÃÂ,Ã,´t working when sending mail from RC. (Nor recieving)
Anybody know a way of resolving this?, please post a reply or send me a mail , or perhaps a link where I can find the answer.
