How to see what happen with inbox account

Hello buddy,

we have an customer that are saying that all emails from inbox folder (roundcube webmail)
simply disapear,

there is an log or a way to verify this?

i presume that some one conect into him account and download the msg, but i dont know how to prove this to him...

You should log what happens at the mail server so you can find where the mail is going.
