I can not receive emails from other sources

Hello, I'm having difficulty receiving emails from other sources (Yahoo mail, gmail) each time a message is sent from them, it is returned but I can send mails from my round cube mail account to them. Please how can I resolve this problem? Thanks

This would be a problem with your mail server not Roundcube.
