attachments missing token

I can read messages but hen I try to open pdf or doc attachments I get missing token error message.

Jelly Bean Galaxy tab 2 tablet, Roundcube 0.9.5.22, logged to friends wifi. Not tried this on home wifi as use Thunderbird for home emails.

Any advice pleas?
