Logging Me Out When I Switch to Other Tabs in Google Chrome

We are using roundcube in the office.  Two staffers are doing fine with it.  The boss is using a Windows 8 Laptop.  Everytime he goes to view another Google Chrome Tab, and then returns to his Roundcube tab, he is logged out.  Please help!

Hi Michelle Fonzi,

Make sure you do not have a virus, check with a reliable anti-virus (avast example).
Then try another browser like firefox for example, whether it is the cause of browser used.

I do not think this is a problem because I roundcube roundcube opens fine with windows 8 and the session remains open by changing tab multiple browsers ...
