Attempt to import contacts failed

Hello,

When I tried to upload my contacts into Roundcube, the browser shows like if there is some action taking place and then the area where I selected the file says that there is no file there to import.  So when I go back into my address book, there are no email addresses imported.  I have checked to make sure that the headings used in the imported CSV file match those within Roundcube and still have had no success.  Any help that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!
