Plugin manager wont show updates list any more

Hi there,
I installed the plugin manager for Roundcube version 1.01 yesterday and managed to get some plugins in and going. Today, however when I try to get a list of plugins I get an empty list and the following error:

I can verify that the tables don't exist in the database but have no way of creating them and can't figure out how to trigger the plugin manager to create them...

Help please.
