Email synchronize from outlook to roundcube

I'm trying to transfer a site from godaddy to TMD. I know they use different email platforms. I have synchronized the emails from godaddy mail portal to outlook. But i couldn't synchronize the emails to either Roundcube.

What exactly is the problem you are having? You do what you did to get the emails from godaddy but in reverse. So you connect your Outlook to the same IMAP server that your Roundcube install uses and copy the messages in.
