Cant delete messages from inbox

Hi
As of today, when I try to delete a message from the inbox I get this error message (and can't delete):

"An error occurred.
Server Error: CREATE: Client tried to access nonexistent namespace. (Mailbox name should probably be prefixed with: INBOX.)"

Any ideas?

I have not seen that error before but it sounds fairly simple, you have incorrectly defined the namespace setting in you Roundcube config. Check that is correct. Also check your special folder settings (both global and personal) may be that user just has an old, and now wrong, folder defined for Trash
