please help, installing Roundcube

Hello,
I would like to install Roundcube as webmail on my imac.
But I am a total beginner in this.
I can login to my server with Filezila. I downloaded a Roundcube install. But there it stops for me.
Can someone tell me (in a human language :-) ) what to do?
