upgrading from 1.0.0 to 1.0.3 with Plesk 12.0.18

I want to upgrade my RC installation to the latest stable, but I dont really want to wait for plesk upgrade path. Will there be any issues in just using the standard upgrade routes for standalone installs in my scenario, especially with plesk managed configuration?

Any help on a method appreciated from this n00b
