Caldav settings are missing

I upgraded to the latest version of the calendar (19.0.24) and calandar_plus (4.0.23) plugin and now I miss the option to change the caldav settings (see attachment)

I used to have an option below the agenda to configure the caldav settings, but this option is gone.

Can anyone help me with this issue, because I have an empty agenda
