Can not attach anything.

Hi All,

I am new to this and need some help. I am not very good with computers.

My boss has recently changed the screen lay out for email. Now when I press new email/ reply. It will not let me add an attachment.

PLEASEEEEEEEE HELP.

I cant add a screen print (file is too large ) arrrggghhhh

If you can't attach files because there too large you'll need to ask your mail server admin to increase the file size limit.

Thank you for your response.

It won't even let me add any attachment. I have spoken to the people who set the emails up and said they can't help they just recommend this if we didn't have out look.

You'll need to ask whoever manages the server Roundcube is on, the file size settings need to be changed. There isn't anything I can do to help.

Who do you pay to have the email account? They would be the person to ask.
