Roundcube Webmail Not working on Plesk 12

Hello,

Please i need help.

I have Linux server (ovh) with Plesk 12 installed. There are 2 default webmail installed on Plesk 12 (Roundcube and Horde).

I have setup up my emails on Plesk but when I try to open webmail this is what I get

Please can anyone help out. I am totally new at this. So I would require a step-by-step guide.

You have a DNS problem not a Roundcube problem. Try contacting Plesk support.
