Timeouts trying to send mail

I'm trying to figure out why I can only send mail sometimes with RoundCube. I can send always to myself, and it seems fine when composing new messages. But sometimes when I reply or reply all and try to send the message, it just sits there spinning, eventually timing out.

I thought it might have to do with emails formatted like:

My Name and the comma formatting. But this only helps sometimes. Any ideas?

I just delete my database,and make it initialization.Now it work!
