Lost email messages

I am using roundcube webmail also external clients. There is problem with that, the roundcube is losing(?) messages. I am sure the email was sent to me, but the wont show up. Is it issue of IMAP, or roundcube? Thank you.

Roundcube reflects what is on the mail server so your problem is most likely on the mail server.
