Adding Links

Say, I want to add a link to login page.. that gives options to my suers to login using https://, how do and where do it put the link.. I want to put the link below the login box and something like "Login Using Secure Server" or "HTTPS Login" how do i pursue this goal..?

You can add it in skins/"theme"/templates/login.html
