Weird one ONE USER (only) gets connection error only on inbox!

Have a,weird error I have a single user who cannot look at her inbox after login gets a connection error
Other boxes (sent junk) display fine and all other users have no problems!
I deleted them dovrcot files in her Maildir folder but no joy!
Any ideas?

you need to look in the roundcube error log for the error message and also check the response from the imap server by enabling imap_debug.
