SMS alert when email received

Hi, this must have been covered before but I can't see anything relevant. We have people spread over 3 continents and over many timezones. Often we are no 24/7 Internet access and have to make a specific journey to be able to log on. We just need a facility where receipt of an email will send an appropriate SMS to a mobile phone. Is this possible within RoundCube ? If so can anyone point us towards the solution ? If not can the developers work on this? Thanks for any help.

The IMAP server have to support https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5435. If it does and is configured for this, users can set notifications using managesieve plugin in Roundcube.
