Hi I'm newbie of roundcube ( I'm setting up a mail server on these days.)
I need an autoreply. I know that it is. But what I would to know it is if this is customizable.
In ex. autoreply at certain hours of the day  and certain days of the week.
How can I accomplish this task?

You need to setup autoreplys on the mail server not in Roundcube. You can use some plugins to manage autoreplys if the mail server supports it. Take a look at the managesieve plugin for example.
