Connection Timeout

Hello Community!
When i install roundcube, i get the Error: Connection failed: Failed to connect socket: Connection timed out
If i look at the Error-Log i will found this:

[07-Jan-2016 18:00:32 Europe/Berlin] ERROR: Failed to connect socket: Connection timed out ()

What can i do?

You most likely have the mail server configured incorrectly, check to make sure the host and port are correct.

I checked the config, i change it to ervery possible Option, but every time this error

You may want to check the firewall if its blocked Roundcube from connecting.
