Couldn't Get Email for multiple recepients from some addresses

Dear Helper,

My Company where I Work juts moved the web mail to the new using roundcube. And We got problem, we couldn't get an email from some addresses when the email it delivered for many people. But When I try to send the exactly same email to only one person from my company it works.
What happened exactly with this? Please help me

Contact your mail server administrator and ask them for support.

unfortunately the administrator is my friend, i just try to help her solve this issue.

Roundcube is just a mail client if your not receiving mail or sending mail correctly to problem is going to be with the mail server that Roundcube connects to.

any action that I can do to try solve this issue?
Actually I can send and receive mail normally at all. But just from some addresses it's not work properly. I can get email when the recepient  more than one include me, but when I try send the same email and the recepient is only me or someone form my company (using my company mail) it works.

I'm not sure I understand the problem, is there any error messages or are the emails just not showing up or are they going into spam? It doesn't sound like Roundcube problem either way it sounds like a problem with the mail server thats delivering the mail.

the problem is : my company email can't to receive email from some sender. and this "some sender" are special sender, its email address for sending report regularly. the problem happened when the email from that "some sender" is sent to more than one receiver. for example, to :  [email protected], [email protected], [email protected].

but when i try send email from that "some sender" with exactly some email and the receiver is only me, to : [email protected] ---> it works.
this problem just happened when my company migrating email to new server and using roundcube.

what is the root cause?

most likely would be either some spam filtering or smtp restriction that is configured on your server. so you need to check there. just like skaero said. roundcube is an imap client, it only displays what is in your mailbox it does not have any filtering or anything like that built into it as standard.
