Mail Not Receiving - Please help!

Firstly thanks for taking the time with this.
We are not receiving any emails, can anyone please help? I am not the best technical person so please bare with the guidance and simplify
Any help will be much appreciated as we are desperate.

Roundcube is just a mail client, if your not receiving any mail that would be a problem with the mail server. You should contact your mail provider for support.
