Trying to import .Mbox but files are greyed out

I'm a newbie to round cube and have jut set up a NAS email server for  my business.
I now want to import all my emails saved on my previous email client so that all history is in one place.
However when I attempt to use the import function the .Mbox file is greyed out and I am unable to upload.

I have the same issue - did you find a solution for this?

If not, I hope somebody here knows why this is happening...
