All settings removed

Last night, everything was fine, but when I logged in this morning, all my settings had reverted back to the default and my saved signatures were gone.  Any ideas?

Did you login with your username capitalized differently? By default Roundcube login's are case sensitive so "example" is a different account then "Example".
