SMPT error- can´t send or recieve any emails

Have had issues both sending and recieving mails this week. It just say´s
"SMTP-error (550): Kan inte lägga till mottagaradress "[email protected]" (5.1.8 <[email protected]>: Sender address rejected: Domain not found)."

If I have understood it correctly, SMTP errors is not something related to roundcube webmail, but I wondered if anyone have any idea how to fix this? I really need help, I have from Ubunto to Windows so all the advices I can find online on this issue is to use the terminal, which I now obv can´t.

Hi,

I don't have any idea about your SMTP server configuration, but you can get a clue if you use an email client like outlook/windowslive mail clients.
if you are able to see your inbox and able to send mail out of your server than the problem may be due to smtp authentication configuration on your smtp server.
