No lost password access on login screen

I just purchased about a week ago my website with my roundcube email address. I had the login page save all my login credentials but I keep getting the error login failed. There is no way I can access a way to login in. I can not find out what it is or to change it. Any help on this issue? Thanks.

roundcube is webmail software it does not provide any actual email addresses. it cannot ship with a "forgotten password" link on the login screen because everyone's setup is different. sysadmins can modify roundcube via the use of plugins to add such a link if they want which they can then configure to work with their particular setup.
