help with code in Filters plugin php

i need help with v2.1.4 of the Filters plugin php code. where the array is built from the set of account folders, i would like to rearrange it so that the "Junk" folder option was the first option in the "move to" dropdown. or at least reverse order the array set so that "inbox" is not the initially selected option. I think the array in question is $destfolders, but i could be wrong.
