Select character encoding for incoming mail

I like roundcube very much but it have a problem that I can't fix

I need to deal with emails with different languages (Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Thai,
Japanese and Korean), if the sender using UTF-8 as encoding that's fine
However, some of the user may using other encoding like "Big5", "GB18030", "JIS", etc
so the email cannot display correctly.

Is there any way to select the display characters like sending mail which only affect the display pane?
