This is one of the causes that can not be solved by me, oddly message from gmail to mail server rouncube it does not get in but the message from the mail server rouncube to gmail just enter quickly, even connections smtp worked well, what steps to fix it the? This would not be a roundcube issue. Check on your SMTP server to see why it is either bouncing, dropping, or not delivering it to the correct inbox.

Can you see the email with another email client like Thunderbird? But not with Roundcube?

Still sounds like an SMTP issue. Check the email server logs to see if the message is accepted and whether it gets delivered to the INBOX. It sounds like your SMTP server is not accepting the email from Gmail. Or possibly Gmail is refusing to deliver it.

This is not Roundcube issue. Roundcube is an IMAP client. You have problem with your SMTP server configuration. Please, ask in a more appropriate place.

I guess after I check in mxtoolbox smtp very worked well but there is a reply from Google IP does not match how to change the IP to fit in the eyes of google, for the mail server configuration ip rouncube 172.xx.x.5 but google sent to IP 172.xx.x.6 why?
