Deny moving folders for Users

Hello,

while it may be a little trivial, I did not find anything related to the topic through my searches.

Is it possible to deny moving folders in the GUI (by drag and drop)?
It happened a few times to me already that I wanted to subscribe to a folder and instead I misclicked the checkbox and accidently moved the folder to another location.
