Server Error (ok) after opening an email

Hi

I'm using roundcube to access my inbox.

Today, a customer sent me a message, after opening the message a pop up told me that he wants to be notified whenever I read his email.

I clicked on 'cancel'.

Right after I got this:
Server Error! (OK)

Now I can't access my inbox.

My email server is Bluehost.

How do I solve it?

Contact bluehost and ask them for support.

I'm on the phone with them at this moment.

They still trying to figure it out.

Do you have a clue? maybe I can refer them here.

Unfortunately that is a very generic error that points to a problem on the server. The only way to find out more information is to look at the server error log which only they will have access to.
