Does anyone know if you can directly get help from round cube a phone number/email ?

The last month or so my roundcube has been terrible, acting up really slow, error with connections getting lots of junk email ,I think there is some sort of bug ,I've reset my password etc but still the same ,I'm using windows 10.

Roundcube is webmail software. Like Outlook is a desktop mail client. There is no such organisation as Roundcube and Roundcube does not run your email or have any control over it. The people who do run your email are simply using this software to give you a webmail interface.
