Change email password from roundcube

Hello,

I am interested in changing email password from the webmail. By default, roundcube contains a plugin that can be called "password". I would like to know if the emails have to be hosted on the server roundcube for it to work or if it can work when the emails are hosted at the supplier.

The password plugin can work if the mail server supports any of the modules in the password plugin. You can read about all of the plugins in the README file in the password plugin folder.
