New user login problem

hi, i just install postfix with roundcube. i have a problem here. everytime i create a new user, i cant login to roundcube... there are no error message like login failed or anything else.

i have only successfully login if i send message to my account from gmail,yahoo.. etc.
from here i know that when i create the account, the system didnot create the inbox folder.. am i right?

how do i solve this problem? ..

for info, if i create a new account and use other webmail client like thunderbird.. i still can login to my account.. although there are no inbox and other folder... . That folder only will be create when i send the email from other email to my account.
